When you sign up for Sharpen the Pencil, you give us your email address.

We use beehiiv to send the newsletter. Your email is stored by beehiiv, and we use it to send you Sharpen the Pencil.

Our emails use standard open and click tracking. We learn from beehiiv when an email is opened or a link in it is clicked, so we can see what’s useful.

The signup form, which beehiiv runs, notes which link brought you to the signup page, so we can see where signups come from.

We don’t sell your email.

If the business is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it any time and you stop getting the emails.

If you pre-order, Gumroad handles your payment under its own privacy policy.
